Pre-order policy
Pre-orders help collectors secure upcoming Pokemon, One Piece and other TCG releases before they arrive. Release dates, allocation quantities and arrival timing can change based on supplier and distributor updates.
Payment
Pre-orders are paid at checkout to reserve stock.
Release timing
Estimated release and arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change. We will fulfil pre-orders as soon as stock is available and ready to ship or collect.
Mixed carts
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together when all items are available. Place separate orders if you want in-stock products shipped earlier.
Changes or cancellations
If you need help with a pre-order, contact us before fulfilment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
