Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid at checkout to reserve incoming stock. Release dates, supplier allocations and arrival timing may change. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may ship together when all items are available unless separate orders are placed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk in products passes to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address or collected through local pickup.
