Returns & refunds
We want collectors to feel confident when shopping with Levitate Collectables. If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page with your order number and photos if relevant.
Sealed collectable products
Many TCG products are sealed collectables. Returned items generally need to be unopened, unused and in the same condition received. Products that have been opened, tampered with or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help with the next step.
